The design and project management of a 31m2 annex renovation in South West France.
Following up on a previous renovation attempt in 2006, new efforts set out to complete a kitchen and bathroom installation, connect mains services and drainage, repoint and seal all existing wall/roof openings, and rebuild the principal façade. The latter incorporated the dismantling and re-use of double-glazed French doors.
